Why are there so few shops on the platform?

We just launched in September 2025 and are onboarding shops gradually to ensure a smooth experience for both shops and users. If you'd like to join, please get in touch!

Is there an app?

We have a web app which users can access on their phones to redeem their coffees. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are in the pipeline.

How much do I get paid per coffee redemption?

We pay you a fixed amount of £1.20 immediately after each coffee redemption + a variable fee (on average £1.80 per redemption) at the end of each month based on users utilisation of the service.

How is the variable payment calculated?

The variable payment depends on the total number of redemptions across all users and the proportion of redemptions that occur at your shop.

Why does the variable payment change based on redemptions?

Because users pay a fixed subscription, the less they redeem, the higher the variable payment shops receive.
